Process of Relax drying machine with 6 chambers

1. The overfeeding mechanism assembly includes afeeding box body, a rubber  roller with rough surface, a worm gear reducer, a shaft roller and a pneumatic tension mechanism.

2. Drying. The drying mesh belt adopts automatic pneumatic tension, and the tension is constant; the stop and automatic relaxation mesh belt make the mesh belt have longer service life and more stable operation; there is no need to adjust the mesh belt tension manually. There are 6 drying chambers. Each  drying chamber is equipped with two 11kw motors and large volume heat-resistant high manganese steel centrifugal impeller(strong and powerful, 15-30% increase in hot air circulation efficiency), the motor is of class F insulation, and the front and rear are equipped with oil injection ports. Each drying chamber is equipped with an efficient heat exchanger and two filter screens. Every side of the chamber has the thermal-insulating board. The mesh belt drive of drying chamber is driven by a separate motor at each layer.. The conveyor belt is made of Teflon mesh belt produced by DuPont (USA) (DuPont mesh, domestically cut and fabricated). The Teflon mesh belt has  smooth surface, good air permeability, and can withstand high temperature above 260  ℃. It is suitable for various heating methods. Each drying chamber is equipped with a moisture removal system, and the amount of moisture removal can be controlled by the damper.

3. Fabric exit includesplaiter and clothexit device.

4. Electric control system. The whole machine adopts PLC programming to control the frequency converter of each main drive motor. The motor speed is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the speed synchronization is communicated according to the encoder signal.

5. The pneumatic system consists ofair-water separator, filter, pressure reducing valve, electric control reversing valve, air pipe, air cylinder and other parts. Its main function is to control the cylinder or valve to complete the specified action.
