INSTRUCTIONS

Before putting new rings on the frame,it is unnecessary to make any further treatment except removing the oil from the surface by wiping with a clean and soft cloth.

It’s the preferable time to set new rings on the frame at the medium bobbin package after the forming of bobbin bottom.

It is better to choose the traveuer 1 number lighter than usual for the new rings.

SLG Ring Lubricant is supplied with the ring.The inner flange of the ring should be applied with the Lubricant(about 20g/frame) after new rings are put on the frame and travellers are matched before running the frame,which provides good lubrication and a short running-
in for the ring.

The first change of travellet should be made at the medium bobbin package of the second doffing and then the further traveller change may go on according to normal period.

Before starting the frame,the centering of guide wire, spindle and ring should be carefully checked and adjusted.

MAIN FEATURES

PG Type Steel Ring enjoys a multi-curvatured surface on the inner flange which provides ample clearance for the yarn passage and affords good properties of anti-wedge.Due to the width of the inner flange,neither inside nor outside part of the thinner wedge is touched by the toes of the traveller while running.Therefore,no sudden fluctuated tension will be caused.

A special surface treatment provides the ring with a short running-in and few ends down.

The ring is suitable for all kinds of yarn material and any yarn count and spindle speed up to 18000 RPM or higher.
