DD series bobbin hanger

The bobbin hanger is a key component of the roving twisting device, commonly referred to as a suspended spindle flyer, and is mainly used in the textile industry.
Structural Features
The bobbin hanger adopts a suspended design, eliminating the traditional “dragon muscle” structure. It achieves the winding of coarse yarn through the lifting movement of the upper spindle rod and lower rod. The core components include the sleeve, arm, and pressing leaf. The solid arm balances the rotation, while the hollow arm guides the yarn. The pressing leaf controls the tension through the pressing rod, ensuring stable winding of the coarse yarn under tension.
Technical Advantages
Compared to traditional spindle wings, the bobbin hanger removes the “dragon muscle” structure and utilizes a suspended design, significantly improving stability during high-speed operation. The materials are primarily aluminum alloys or light metals, balancing yarn guiding efficiency and anti-bending performance. Modern bobbin hangers are also equipped with differential devices, enabling synchronized control of the spindle and hanger speeds, supporting high-speed operation up to 1800 revolutions per minute and automated winding.
Application Scenarios
The bobbin hanger is mainly compatible with mainstream domestic and international coarse yarn machines and is widely used in the coarse yarn processing stages of textile enterprises. It ensures the stable production of high-quality yarns by optimizing yarn tension control.
